What the flat rate means
Most sellers charge by distance or by weight, so a parcel to a metro costs less than the same parcel to a smaller town. That structure quietly taxes the places that already have fewer options.

What actually changes by location
Transit days. 5 to 14 days from order to doorstep nationally, 5 to 12 to Delhi NCR. NCR is quicker because that is where it is made and packed; everywhere else is the same courier network.

Where we do not deliver
Outside India. That is the real limit and it is worth stating plainly rather than burying. There is no international shipping.

If your pin code is remote
Courier networks reach essentially everywhere, but the last leg to genuinely remote pin codes can run to the far end of the window. Two things help:
Order earlier than the arithmetic suggests. Add a few days for a remote address and a week during festival season, when the whole network slows.
Give a landmark, not just an address. In smaller towns the delivery agent is far more likely to find you by landmark than by pin code alone.
Delivering somewhere that is not your house
