⏳ The rule, not a date — because it is true every year
Dispatched every Monday — order by Friday to make that week's dispatch. Transit after dispatch is 2–3 days to Delhi NCR, 3–5 days across the rest of India, and design plus your own revisions usually take two or three rounds before you approve.
Working backwards from 14 February: place your order by the third week of January for a comfortable run, and treat the last Friday of January as the genuine cut-off. Later than that, the Polaroid Pack is the fastest thing we make — fewer pages means fewer proofing rounds.
