A personalised gift takes 5 to 14 days from order to doorstep anywhere in India, and 5 to 12 days to Delhi NCR. Delivery is a flat ₹70 to every pin code. The window is wide because a made-to-order gift has a design stage before it has a courier stage — and because we dispatch once a week.
Most sellers quote you the courier leg only. That is the number that makes a five-day promise look reasonable and then disappoints you, because it does not include the days someone spent making the thing.
What the number is actually made of
Three stages, and only the last one is the courier.

The stage most people underestimate is the first one, and it is the one they control. The proof does not print until you approve it. If you reply the same day, you save a day. If you take three days to look at it, that is three days.
Why the window is 5 to 14 and not “about a week”
We dispatch every Monday. That single fact explains almost all of the spread.
- Order on a Friday. You make that Monday’s dispatch. With NCR transit, that is about five days door to door — the fast end of our range.
- Order on a Saturday. You miss the cut-off, wait for the following Monday, and land at the slow end. To a far pin code, that is around fourteen days.
- Order midweek. You fall somewhere between the two, closer to the fast end the later in the week you order.
We could publish a comfortable average of nine days instead. It would be wrong roughly half the time, and the half it is wrong for is the half that ordered on a weekend.
By zone
Transit is the only part that varies by geography. The design and print stages are the same wherever the parcel is going.

Flat ₹70 for all of them. We do not price metros differently, and we do not add a surcharge for a difficult pin code — the occasional extra day is the honest cost, not an extra fee.
When we are the wrong choice
If you need it in three days, buy something off a shelf. We will tell you the same thing on WhatsApp if you ask, and we lose orders to that advice every month.
A same-day courier or a local print shop will beat us on speed every time, because they are not designing anything. What you trade for that speed is the layout, the proof, and the part where someone actually reads the story you sent. If the date is tomorrow, that trade is not worth making — take the gift card and give the keepsake later, when it can be good.

How to make your own delivery faster
Four things genuinely move the date, and none of them cost anything.
- Order early in the week. Thursday and Friday orders catch the coming Monday. Weekend orders wait.
- Send all your photos at once. A half-sent set stalls the design stage entirely.
- Reply to the proof the day it arrives. This is the single biggest variable and it is entirely yours.
- Tell us the date before you order. We will confirm whether it fits. If it does not, we would rather say so than take the money and hope.
