Because every magazine, diary, polaroid pack, and album is custom-designed specifically for you, we share a full digital PDF preview on WhatsApp before printing. You have the right to request text edits, photo rearrangements, and layout tweaks.

Your explicit digital approval on WhatsApp serves as the safety net for your order. Printing begins only after you approve the layout.

Order Cancellation Policy

• Before Design Work Begins: If you cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it and before our design team has started creating your layout, a 100% refund will be issued.
• After Digital Proof Delivery: If design work has already been completed and a digital proof delivered to you, a nominal design fee of ₹150 will be deducted, and the remaining amount refunded.
• After Production / Dispatch: Once you have approved the digital proof and the order has entered printing or dispatch, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take extreme care in packaging your products in protective bubble wrap and hardboard layers. In the rare event that your product arrives damaged, torn, or with a manufacturing defect:

Non-Returnable Scenarios

Returns or refunds cannot be accepted for:

• Spelling errors or typos in text provided by the customer that were approved during the digital proofing stage.
• Low-resolution or blurry photos provided by the customer that were approved during digital proofing.
• Minor natural variations in paper tone or monitor-to-print color shifts standard to digital press printing.
