Digital uploads are accessed strictly by authorized layout designers and printing technicians for the purpose of compiling proof copies, binding physical items, and delivering completed orders.

Strict Confidentiality Commitment: We never display, publish, share, or broadcast customer photographs on our social media channels, website marketing materials, or promotional advertisements without explicit prior written authorization from the customer.

3. Data Security, Cloud Infrastructure & Automated Retention Purge

We implement multi-layered technical safeguards to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. Visual media is stored within isolated, encrypted cloud infrastructure protected by restricted access protocols.

Automated 30-Day File Purge Protocol: To minimize digital footprint and ensure privacy, all high-resolution customer photo uploads and design project files are automatically scheduled for permanent deletion 30 calendar days after order delivery. This 30-day window allows for seamless re-prints or customer-requested corrections, after which all media files are permanently purged from our servers.
