Do You Have a Physical Store?

No. There is no shop to walk into.

The work happens in Noida — designed, printed, hand-packed and dispatched from there — and everything between you and it happens online. That is a real trade-off and it is worth being straight about both halves of it.

What you lose without a counter

You cannot hold it before buying. This is the honest cost. Paper weight and finish are tactile, and no photograph of a photograph fully conveys them.

You cannot walk out with it today. Made to order runs 5 to 14 days from order to doorstep, 5 to 12 to Delhi NCR. A shop with stock beats that and always will.

There is nobody to point at. When something is wrong you are typing rather than standing in front of a person, and that is less satisfying even when it gets resolved faster.

What replaces it

The middle row is the one that matters most, and a shop cannot offer it: you see your own finished book, every page, before it is printed. Walking out of a shop with something in a bag is not the same guarantee.

Why there is no shop

A shop needs stock, and nothing here exists before somebody orders it. A storefront full of sample books would be a display, not an inventory — and the cost of the space would land on every order in a business where the whole point is that the object is made for one person.

Reaching a person without a counter

A counter’s real job is that somebody answers when you ask. Here that is done in three places, and it helps to know which suits what:

Working hours are Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 7 pm. A message sent on Sunday evening is read on Monday morning — worth knowing if you are racing a deadline.

Judging a seller you cannot visit

Buying without a shop to walk into is a reasonable thing to be careful about. Some things you can check for yourself before paying, here or anywhere:

How the money is taken. Payment here goes through Razorpay — card and UPI details go to them, never to us.

Whether the policies are written down. Returns, shipping and privacy each have their own page, with the specifics in them: what happens to your photographs, and what is covered if a parcel arrives damaged.

Whether someone answers. Send a question before ordering and see how the reply reads. A straight answer about a date or a photograph tells you more than any badge.

If you are in Delhi NCR

You are closest to where it is made, and it shows in the timeline: 5 to 12 days rather than 5 to 14. That is the only advantage proximity gives you here, and it is a genuine one.

If you want to see the piece before it is handed over, have it delivered to your own address rather than the recipient’s, and give yourself a couple of days’ margin before the occasion. A Friday order to an NCR address is the quickest combination there is.

If holding it first really matters

Then say so before ordering rather than after. For a large or high-stakes order — a wedding album, a bulk run for a team — it is a reasonable thing to raise, and a conversation about paper is better had before design starts than after a proof. Corporate and bulk gifting →

Short of holding one, compare with paper you already have. A magazine’s inner pages are roughly twice the weight of ordinary office printer paper, so they do not flop or show the next photograph through; the cover is closer to a sturdy invitation card than to a page. Do you have a shop or showroom I can visit? No. Everything is made and packed in Noida and shipped from there.

Can I see the paper before I order? Not physically. The specification is stated — 300 GSM matte cardstock cover, 170 GSM non-glare inner pages — and you can page through finished books on the product pages.

Where are you based? Noida, in Delhi NCR. Orders ship to every serviceable pin code in India for a flat ₹70.

Is it faster if I live nearby? Slightly. Delhi NCR is 5 to 12 days against 5 to 14 elsewhere. Dispatch is weekly either way.

Can I collect it in person? No. There is no pickup, for large orders as well as small ones — everything goes out through a courier on the weekly Monday dispatch.
