Cash on delivery is the default expectation for online shopping in India, and not offering it looks like a lack of trust. It is worth explaining, because the reason is structural and it cuts both ways.
A personalised object has exactly one buyer
A refused parcel of phone cases goes back on the shelf. A refused magazine with someone’s name, photographs and captions in it goes in a bin. There is no second customer for it and never can be.
That is the whole reason. It is not a judgement about you.
| Off-the-shelf goods | Made to order | |
|---|---|---|
| If refused | Restocked and resold | Destroyed |
| Cost of a refusal | Shipping both ways | The entire order |
| Who absorbs it | Spread across all orders | Priced into every order |
What prepaid actually buys you
A COD business has to price refusals into everything it sells, because a meaningful share of parcels come back. That cost lands on the customers who do take delivery.
Prepaid removes it, and the saving shows up in two places: a flat ₹70 delivery to every pin code in India rather than distance-based charges, and design, sequencing and unlimited revisions included in the price rather than billed as extras.
What replaces the reassurance COD gives
The reason COD feels safer is that you see the thing before you pay. Here, you see it earlier than that.
You approve a full digital proof before anything prints. Every page, the cover, the captions. Nothing goes to press until you say so, and revisions are included.
That is a stronger guarantee than opening a box at the door, because at the door your only options are accept or refuse. At the proof stage you can change it.
If something does go wrong
Damaged in transit. Photograph it before unpacking further and message us. We reprint.
Wrong against the approved proof. If what arrived does not match what you signed off, it is our error and we reprint.
It never arrives. We chase the courier and reprint if it is lost.
What is not covered is a change of mind after dispatch, because the object cannot be resold. That is also why the proof stage exists and why it is worth reading properly.

How payment works
Card, UPI or netbanking at checkout. Prices are what you see: magazines ₹499 to ₹1,099, print packs ₹270, diaries ₹699 to ₹1,299, albums ₹1,299 to ₹2,299, plus flat ₹70 delivery. No handling fee, no distance surcharge, no charge for revisions.
Frequently asked
Do you offer cash on delivery? No. A personalised object cannot be resold if it is refused, so a COD refusal costs the entire order rather than the shipping.
Is it safe to pay before seeing anything? You see more than a COD customer does. A full digital proof of every page comes to you before printing, and nothing prints until you approve it.
What if it arrives damaged? Photograph it and message us — we reprint. The same applies if it does not match the proof you approved.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind? Not after dispatch, because a personalised object has no second buyer. Before design starts, in full.
What payment methods do you take? Card, UPI and netbanking. Flat ₹70 delivery to any pin code, with no handling or distance surcharges.
