How long it takes
Anything genuinely made to order has a design stage before a print stage, and that is where the time goes. Ours is 5 to 14 days from order to doorstep, 5 to 12 to Delhi NCR.
The window is wide because we dispatch weekly on Mondays. Order on a Friday and you catch that week’s dispatch; order on a Saturday and you wait for the next. We would rather publish the honest spread than an average that is wrong half the time.
