It also has a constraint no other anniversary has, and planning around it is most of the work: the photographs may not go back to the beginning.
The archive usually starts late
A marriage that began in the early 1960s in India began before household cameras were common. For a great many families the photographic record starts at the first child’s wedding, or later — which can be twenty or twenty-five years into the marriage.
So a sixty-year book is often, in practice, a forty-year book with a beginning that has to be built out of something else.

What to do about the missing beginning
Use the one photograph properly. If a single wedding photograph exists, it is the opening spread — printed as large as its file allows, on its own page, with the names and the year under it. Not one image among six.

Who to ask, and soon
Sixty years means the people who can identify a 1965 photograph are a small and shrinking group. Practically, that is the couple themselves, their surviving siblings, and the oldest of their friends.
Ask them while they are in the room with the photographs. A name written on the back of a print by someone who was there is worth more than any amount of later guessing, and it is the one thing that cannot be reconstructed afterwards.
