What we make is the one thing in a welcome hamper that guests take home, which is worth knowing before you plan the rest of it.
What actually leaves the room
Anyone who has helped clear up after a wedding has seen the same thing: the snacks go, the water goes, and a good proportion of everything else stays on the desk when guests check out.

The two things we cannot do
We do not assemble or pack the hamper. You get printed pieces, boxed and delivered to one address. Getting them into baskets and into rooms is the hotel’s job or the planner’s.

At a hundred rooms this is a real line item, so it is worth deciding whether every room needs one or only the rooms of people who travelled.
One design, or two
The only personalisation worth paying for at hamper scale is a split by guest type, not by guest.
Two designs covers almost every wedding: one for people who travelled and one for local guests, or one for the bride’s side and one for the groom’s. That is two designs printed fifty times each, which is affordable, rather than a hundred printed once, which is not.
Anything finer than that is being noticed by nobody and paid for by you.
Timing, which hampers get wrong
Everything has to be in one place before check-in, and check-in is usually two days before the wedding. That is the deadline, not the wedding date, and people routinely plan against the wrong one.
