No. There is no express tier and no rush fee.
That is not restraint — it is that the two things which take the time cannot be bought back, and charging for the illusion would be selling you nothing.
Where the days actually go

Two of the five stages are waiting on you. No fee changes those. The dispatch cycle is fixed. Design could theoretically be rushed by pulling a designer off another order, which means somebody else’s book gets worse — not a trade we will make on request.
Counting it from the day you order
The table above is the order of events. This is the calendar, which is what people actually want to know:

Every row assumes the photographs arrive promptly and the proof is approved when it reaches you. An approval that comes very late is the one thing that moves a parcel to the following Monday.
Notice the first three rows leave on the same Monday. Ordering on a Monday does not make the parcel go sooner than ordering on the Friday; it gives you the whole week for photographs and the proof instead of a weekend. The expensive mistake is the fourth row, and it costs nothing to avoid.
What a rush fee usually buys elsewhere
Sometimes something real: a genuinely expedited courier leg, or a job moved up a print queue.
Often it buys the normal turnaround with the word “express” attached, sold at the moment somebody is panicking about a date. That is the least defensible charge in this industry because it is priced against anxiety rather than against cost. Hidden costs in personalised gifting →
What a faster courier would actually save
Parcels go by Bluedart, Delhivery or DTDC, by air or surface, with live tracking. Transit is the only stage a courier touches, and it is the smallest.
Take the slowest case in the calendar above: an order on a Saturday to a far pin code, about fourteen days. Transit is at most five of those. The other nine are the weekend that missed the cutoff and the week spent waiting for Monday. A courier that delivered instantly would still leave that parcel behind a Friday order sent by the slowest surface route.
When a seller offers express, ask which stage it shortens. If the answer is the courier leg, you are paying to speed up the part that was already quick.
What actually moves your delivery earlier
Three things, all free, and together worth more than any fee could be:
Order early in the week. Dispatch runs Mondays. A Friday order catches that week; a Saturday order waits. This single choice is worth up to seven days.
Have the photographs ready before you order. Not after. The clock starts at the order, not at the moment you finish gathering.
Send all your proof changes in one message. Each extra round comes out of the same few days before Monday, and a very late approval is what pushes a parcel into the following week. Ordering for a fixed date →
A date nine days away, worked through
Say it is Wednesday and the birthday is the Friday of next week.
Order today, with the photographs already chosen. The piece goes in the coming Monday’s dispatch, so a Delhi NCR address has it by the Wednesday or Thursday before the birthday. That is comfortable.
Outside NCR it is tight rather than safe. Three to five days of transit from Monday lands anywhere from Thursday to Saturday. Message on WhatsApp before ordering, give the pin code and the date, and we will say honestly whether it is realistic.
Approve the proof the day it arrives. On a date this close, the proof sitting unread over a weekend is the most likely way to lose the week.
Plan the day without it, just in case. A card saying what is coming costs nothing, and if the parcel lands on time the card simply becomes part of the gift.
If the date is genuinely too close
We will say so rather than take the order. 5 to 14 days from order to doorstep, 5 to 12 to Delhi NCR — in under five days, nothing made to order arrives.

The one thing that is genuinely faster
Not a fee — a format. A print pack at ₹270 needs almost no design: fewer decisions, fewer revisions, less to approve. It still joins the same weekly dispatch, but the part that waits on people is shorter.
If the date is tight and the archive is small, that is the honest fast option.
