Nothing about this decision is financial. It is entirely about the shape of your photographs and where the prints are going.

Start with what you have
Open your camera roll and look at the shape of the photographs, not the content.
Mostly vertical? Almost all phone photography of people is. 2x3 crops least, and “crops least” is the whole argument — every inch you crop is a decision somebody else makes about your photograph.
Mostly wide? Landscapes, group shots, anything taken deliberately with the phone turned sideways. 3x2.
Mixed, which is most people? 3x3. A square crops a bit off both orientations rather than a lot off one, and it is the size that reads as a polaroid to most people.
What a square does to a photograph
Worth understanding before defaulting to it.
A square is neutral. It does not favour a subject, which means a portrait loses top and bottom and a landscape loses the sides. For a face fairly central in the frame, that is usually invisible. For a full-length photograph of a person, it is not.

Can you mix sizes?
Not in one pack. A pack is one size, and there is a practical reason beyond the ordering system: mixed sizes do not tile, do not hang evenly, and a wall of three different shapes reads as untidy rather than as varied.
If you genuinely want two shapes, order two packs. At ₹9 a print the arithmetic is the same.
What it costs
₹9 a print at every size, thirty minimum — ₹270 — flat ₹70 delivery anywhere in India. Lamination is ₹3 a print, also the same at every size.
What the border costs you
The white frame is printed as part of the image, not added around it — which means the photograph occupies less than the full card.
On a 3x3 print the image area is roughly two and a half inches square, with the wider strip at the bottom where a caption goes. That is the format working as intended, but it is worth knowing when you picture the size: a 3x3 print shows a photograph a bit smaller than a 3x3 photograph.
If you want the largest possible image rather than the recognisable shape, the border is working against you — and at that point what you want is ordinary prints rather than this format.
