1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us when you create an account, complete a transaction, or contact us for support. This includes your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, and the photographs/memories you upload for printing purposes.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your uploaded photos and text are used exclusively for designing and printing your custom products. We do not use your personal memories for marketing without your explicit consent. Your contact details are used for order fulfillment, customer support, and essential service updates.
3. Data Security & Storage
We implement strict security measures to protect your personal data. Uploaded photos are stored on secure cloud servers. After your order is printed and delivered, we retain your digital files for a period of exactly 30 days to facilitate potential reprints, after which they are permanently deleted from our servers.
4. Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information or uploaded content to outside parties, except trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website and conducting our business (e.g., printing and shipping partners), provided those parties agree to keep this information strictly confidential.
Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using The Print Story, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. User Conduct and Content
You retain all ownership rights to the photos you upload. However, you agree not to submit any content that is illegal, offensive, explicit, or violates intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders containing inappropriate content.
3. Product Accuracy
While we strive for color accuracy and the highest print quality, minor variations in color between your digital screen and the final printed product may occur. We provide a digital soft-copy preview for your final approval before printing.
Shipping
- Flat ₹70 delivery on every order, anywhere in India.
- Design Phase: 5-7 business days from the moment all photos and text are uploaded.
- Production & Shipping Phase: 7-10 business days after you approve the final digital proof.
- We ship via trusted premium courier partners with tracking.
- No international shipping at the moment — India only.
Returns & Refunds
Every item is personalised and made-to-order. Because of this:
- Orders cannot be returned or refunded after dispatch.
- You approve a full digital preview before we print — this is your safety net.
- We offer unlimited revisions on the digital preview until you are completely satisfied.
- If your item arrives damaged in transit, send unboxing photos within 24 hours and we will gladly arrange a free replacement/reprint immediately.
Payment
- We accept UPI, cards, and netbanking — securely via Razorpay.
- We never store your card details.
- Design work starts immediately after payment clears.
