“She has everything” is never true. What is true is that she has everything that can be bought, which is a different problem and has a different answer.
Once the buyable set is exhausted, only two categories remain: things that did not exist before you made them, and things that are not objects at all. Almost every list on this subject ignores both and suggests a nicer version of something she owns.
Why the usual answer fails
The default move is to go up a price bracket. Better perfume, better bag, better headphones.
This does not work, for a specific reason: a person who has everything is not short of quality, they are short of surprise. An upgraded version of a thing she chose herself tells her you noticed the category, not the person. She already knew what the good one was; she chose the one she has.
The second default is novelty — a gadget, a subscription box, something with her name laser etched on it. That lasts a fortnight and then joins the pile that made her hard to buy for.
